Orlando Fun Party Rentals Customer Self Pickup Orders

We DO NOT offer pickup service for any of our inflatables.  

 

Pickup orders require a minimum base rental of $20 (before taxes).

All pickups require a 20% or $10 equipment security deposit (whichever is greater) in addition to the rental cost. This security hold is refundable.

We DO NOT accept prepaid cards or gift cards. Lessee must submit a valid debit or credit card.

All orders require a credit card to be kept on file until items are returned.

Order must be placed in the same name as the credit card owner.

Prior to pickup, the credit card owner must provide valid PHOTO ID and the credit card that was used to place the order.

If the credit card owner is not picking up, the designated person picking up must provide photo ID & the Credit card owner must complete the order verification process.  This must be received by 2P the day before pickup is scheduled.

All security hold refunds are processed within (3) business days after the item(s) have been returned and inspected for damages.  Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account.

We suggest a van, open truck or trailer and a helper to assist you with loading- LOADING IS SOLELY THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

We DO NOT include a dolly in your pick up.

If equipment comes back used beyond normal use or dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee. (Ex: trash, food, stains, etc)

If rental item(s) come back damaged, completely missing or missing parts, you will be charged (3) times the rental rate or be held financially responsible for any repair or full replacement cost (Whichever is greater).

We understand that sometimes things change with events.  Please see our cancellation policy in relation to your rental items.

Orders that are returned late (after the 1p cut-off time) will be automatically charged a $50 Late Return Fee.  Please contact us to make arrangements to ensure that someone will be present to receive your late return.  Late Returns on the following day (Tuesday) will also incur a charge equal to 50% of the daily rental fee.  50% of the daily rental fee will continue to be charged everyday until the equipment is received by an Orlando Fun Party Rentals staff. 

Please ensure that you arrive on time to pickup your order between the times specified on your receipt. If you miss your pickup window a refund will NOT be given.   We usually do not have staff available to return to the warehouse at a later time. If someone is able to return, a Late Pickup Fee of $25 will be charged and is due immediately.

Failure to return rental items within (3) days of the scheduled return date will result in the card on file being charged for the full replacement cost of all items in the order. If replacement charges are unable to be retained, Orlando Fun Party Rentals will immediately pursue criminal charges for the un-returned rental equipment as THEFT.  The theft report will be filed with the Orlando Police Department.

We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles or personal injuries to any person on or around Fun Party Rentals’ loading and unloading areas.
